Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to the $197 Business Tax Strategy Review and the optional $97 Priority Tax Document Review.

Nonrefundable Session Fee

The session fee reserves professional time and is nonrefundable.

Rescheduling

One reschedule may be permitted when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. A new appointment must be selected from available times.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may require a new payment before another session can be scheduled.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may reduce the available session time. The appointment will still end at the scheduled time.

Document Review Upgrade

The optional $97 document-review fee is nonrefundable once document review has begun.
